We write to inform you that a Senior Physiotherapist/ Director from our company has been charged with sexual offences relating to a client. Please be advised that the matter is currently under investigation by the police based on the allegations alone, and no findings have been established at this time.

As part of their investigation, police have requested details of our clients which will be provided by the firm under The Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) implemented by UK.
We are cooperating fully with the investigations and would urge full cooperation by all the client’s contacted by The Northants Police Department.

It’s important that this case is not discussed or second guess is not conjectured. Due to the sensitive nature of this matter, we are unable to disclose any additional details or further comment at this time until police have completed their investigation.

We take the safety and well-being of all our clients very seriously and are of utmost importance to us and to that end we have suspended the individual until further notice.

Please be rest assured that our operations will continue as usual, and we remain steadfast in our commitment to delivering the high standard of service that we have always adhered to.
