Our team consists of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Therapy Assistants, all of whom have a wealth of experience in working with physical health needs, both in the NHS and the private sector.
Ashwin Dubay is a Chartered Physiotherapist with specialist interest in treating long term conditions. Following his graduation in 2001 Ashwin has worked in NHS, private organizations and voluntary centres. After his post-graduation he has been extensively involved in adult and paediatric rehabilitation. His clinical areas of interest include Neuro rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, Functional Electrical Stimulation and group therapy. Outside of physiotherapy Ashwin likes playing and watching cricket.

Heta Mehta is a Chartered Physiotherapist with experience of working in long term rehabilitation and wheelchair services. Her areas of interest includes postural management, wheelchair assessment and neurological rehabilitation. After completing her graduation in 2001 she completed extensive training on postural management and wheelchair assessments. She has worked in various NHS and private setting providing long term rehabilitation for adult and paediatric clients. If she is not spending time with her family and friends then she likes watching crime dramas.

Chris has over 20 years of experience in the Health and Fitness industry, gaining numerous qualifications. This includes personal training, exercise classes, sports injuries/ massage and GP referral activity programmes. He has worked privately, within small businesses and large organisations covering a wide range of people and enjoying helping them towards a better quality of life. Chris is now keen to expand his knowledge further within the specialist Rehab Basics team. Hobbies are keeping fit, playing keyboards and eating out.
I have a wealth of knowledge in urgent/social care for adults and young children. I am trained in End of Life care. I run the hydrotherapy sessions – I am currently learning to specialise in ankle/ lower limb therapy. I enjoy football and boxing. In my spare time I enjoy watching crime documentaries. I have a passion for gaming and love to spend time with family.
Vijayalakshmi Babu has a post-graduation degree in Applied Neurology in the UK. She is a trained Bobath therapist who specialises in handling paediatric and adult neurological clients. She has worked in the NHS and for private charity organisations. Her special clinical area of interest are Neuro Rehabilitation, Biomechanics, Balance training, 24 – hours postural management, Kinesio Taping and Serial Casting. Her hobbies are travelling, singing and playing badminton. She very proudly joins hands with Rehab Basics in 2019.

Anti Kotsi is a charted physiotherapist with two years of post-qualification experience, he has keen interest in treating musculoskeletal injuries and neurological rehabilitation. Nadira Sampson is a chartered physiotherapist from the University of Northampton and has gained experience across a broad range of specialities including orthopaedic, mental health and neurorehabilitation both in private healthcare and NHS settings. Nadira also has experience in providing sports therapy and massage following her successful graduation in Sports Therapy, working with semi-professional football and rugby teams and running an injury outpatient clinic. Nadira has specialist experience training with the British Association for Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation (BACPR) to provide cardiac rehabilitation for individuals with established Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) and those with significant CVD risk factors.
