We are team of experienced professionals with specialist knowledge and understanding of physical rehabilitation, offering client centred therapy.
Our team consists of Physiotherapists, Occupational therapists and therapy Assistants, all of whom have a wealth of experience in working with physical health needs both in NHS and private sector.
Ashwin Dubay is a Chartered Physiotherapist with specialist interest in treating long term conditions. Following his graduation in 2001 Ashwin has worked in NHS, private organizations and voluntary centres. After his post-graduation he has been extensively involved in adult and paediatric rehabilitation.
His clinical areas of interest include Neuro rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, Functional Electrical Stimulation and group therapy. Outside of physiotherapy Ashwin likes playing and watching cricket.

Nichola Clarke is a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 25 years’ experience working with clients who have long term neurological conditions. She has worked in NHS, private sector and most recently at residential college. Her key areas of clinical interest include aquatic therapy and postural management, she is also a trained moving and handling trainer. Outside work she enjoys gardening, listening to music especially live, travelling and watching rugby- supporting Northampton Saints
Nichola Clarke’s CV
Shikha Zalpuri Kapila completed her degree in Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2002 from Rajiv Gandhi University in India. She has worked in various Multidisciplinary setups in Delhi, India. Her clinical area of interest include neurological, musculoskeletal and long term rehabilitation. Shikha has been working in brain injury department for past 8 years.
She is a firm believer in physical rehabilitation and strives hard to find creative ways of providing rehabilitation. Outside of physiotherapy, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and also listening to music.
Zena Walsh is a State Registered Occupational Therapist, with 25 years of experience working both within the NHS, and the private sector. Since qualifying in 1986, Zena has worked in long term conditions, Paediatrics, Orthopaedics and the Wheelchair Service. Her specialist areas includes postural management, pressure care and skills training.
Outside of work, Zena likes to walk, and travel.
Heta Mehta is a Chartered Physiotherapist with experience of working in long term rehabilitation and wheelchair services. Her areas of interest includes postural management, wheelchair assessment and neurological rehabilitation.
After completing her graduation in 2001 she completed extensive training on postural management and wheelchair assessments. She has worked in various NHS and private setting providing long term rehabilitation for adult and paediatric clients. If she is not spending time with her family and friends then she likes watching crime dramas.
Heta Mehta’s CV
Anti Kotsi is a charted physiotherapist with two years of post-qualification experience, he has keen interest in treating musculoskeletal injuries and neurological rehabilitation. He has worked extensively in rehabilitation settings treating clients with complex needs. He does outpatient appointments, hydrotherapy sessions and domiciliary visits. In his leisure time he likes reading books and working out at the gym.
